ABOUT SHIPPING
Items ship as soon as they are available (usually between 1 hour and 2 days).
Products that are made-to-order, however, may take up to 3 weeks for production
and delivery. fabric8's primary delivery service is the United States Postal
Service (USPS) as it offers the best all-around time- and money-saving
shipping method worldwide.
For
your security and ours, someone should be present to accept your
package. Please be sure to provide an alternate shipping address if you
will not be home to accept your fabric8 order. If no one is present
to accept, the postal carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox
stating that the package is awaiting pick-up at your local post
office.
International
orders are shipped by registered airmail, insured parcel post,
or international express mail, all of which include a a flat fee
for added security. Therefore, the more items you purchase, the
more reasonable the shipping costs become. Please note that, since
each country's customs office deals with mail-order packages differently,
we cannot be responsible for any VAT (value-added tax) that your
government imposes.
In
the case of a return or exchange, we cannot reimburse the
cost of initial shipping or the cost of shipping the return. However,
we will cover the cost of shipping the first exchange. If you have any
