Headwear has been in existence as long as we've known of our existence. Hats can hide you, expose you, keep you warm or cool, even define you. For some, donning a hat is as casual a gesture as putting on coat; for others it is an intimate moment of completion.

Lily Millinery is a small company
that carries on the art of hatmaking. The company works directly with individuals,
designers (e.g., Labyrinth and Manifesto:), and retailers
to create hats tailored to their needs and desires: to manifest an idea or to complement a collection. Most hats are
one-of-a-kind and are constructed from a variety of materials, including straw,
felt, buckram-based hats, vintage fabrics, hemp, clay, and papier maché.
